Leon County deputies arrest three people linked to drug investigation

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - The Leon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday released the following statement:

On April 24, 2024, The Leon County Sheriff’s Office-Criminal Investigations Division, with the assistance of Leon County Sheriff’s Office Deputies and members of the Leon County Special Response Team, executed a search warrant for narcotics in the 2000 Block of County Road 200 in Centerville, Texas.

The following were arrested and transported to the Leon County Jail:

John Frank Dowdy IV- Manufacture or Delivery of Substance in Penalty Group 1 4G<200G 1st Degree Felony
Ronald Jay McDevitt- Possession of Substance in Penalty Group 1 1G>4G 3rd Degree Felony
Loree Krystyn Wood- Possession of Substance in Penalty Group 1 1G>4G 3rd Degree Felony

All individuals are to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
