DOORDASH DRIVER ARRESTED AFTER DOORBELL CAMERA CAPTURES HER DOING THIS

Welcome to Arrest Stories. A twenty-nine-year-old Kentucky woman faces felony charges after allegedly spraying pepper spray on a DoorDash food delivery, causing two customers to become violently ill. Here's what may have happened.

On December seventh, shortly after midnight, a couple in northern Vanderburgh County, Indiana ordered food through DoorDash. The delivery was made by Kourtney Stevenson of McCracken County, Kentucky. What the customers didn't initially realize was that their doorbell camera had captured disturbing footage of their food delivery.

According to police reports, Stevenson placed the food off camera on the porch and took a picture as part of the standard delivery process. However, the doorbell camera then captured Stevenson spraying a substance toward the food from a small aerosol can attached to her keychain before leaving the scene.

When the couple ate their food, both victims experienced immediate burning sensations in their mouths, noses, throats and stomachs. Both began vomiting after consuming the contaminated meal. One victim stated, "I noticed my wife had started eating and she started choking and gasping, and after she had a couple of bites of her food, she actually threw up."

The victim reviewed the doorbell camera footage and discovered what had occurred. "I had a look at the bag and saw that there was some kind of spray or something. The bag had been tampered with. So I pulled up my doorbell camera and saw that the lady who dropped the food off had actually tampered with it on purpose for some reason," the victim reported.

On December seventh, one victim contacted the Sheriff's Office to report the incident. When questioned by detectives, Stevenson claimed she was trying to target a spider with pepper spray. However, investigators noted that the overnight temperature was thirty-five degrees Fahrenheit. "At that temperature, outdoor spiders in Indiana are not active and would not be capable of crawling on exposed surfaces," officials stated.

Stevenson was arrested on December twelfth in McCracken County, Kentucky on charges of consumer product tampering and battery resulting in moderate injury. Bond was set at three thousand five hundred dollars cash.

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
