Welcome to Arrest Stories. A twenty-three-year-old DoorDash driver in Oswego County, New York was arrested on unlawful surveillance charges after recording and posting video of a partially clothed customer during a delivery. Here's what may have happened.
On October twelfth, Livie Rose Henderson was working as a DoorDash delivery driver when she arrived at a male customer's residence for what was supposed to be a contactless drop-off delivery. The delivery instructions specified that Henderson should leave the order at the door. However, when Henderson reached the customer's home, she discovered the front door was wide open despite the fifty-nine degree temperature outside.
Instead of leaving the food at the door as instructed, Henderson opened the closed entrance door and went inside the residence. Once inside, she found the customer lying unconscious on his couch with his pants and underwear down to his ankles. The customer had been out drinking the night before and was unaware of his exposed state.
Henderson then recorded video footage of the partially naked, sleeping customer. She later posted the blurred footage on her TikTok account at irlmonsterhighdoll, where she made claims about the incident. In her TikTok post, Henderson wrote that the customer "orders DoorDash selects the option to have order left at door sees his door dasher me has a female name falls asleep on the couch with his pants and underwear to his ankles and his front door wide open in fifty-nine degrees so this is what i see when i have to leave the order."
Henderson falsely claimed in the video that she had been sexually assaulted during the delivery. DoorDash later stated that "the driver was not deactivated for reporting a safety concern but for posting video filmed inside a customer's home without consent, which violates the platform's privacy rules."
Henderson was arrested at nine forty-six p.m. and later released. The customer later apologized for the incident, saying he believed he had shorts on when he fell asleep.
