FLORIDA WOMANS AIRBNB RAMPAGE CAUGHT BY HER OWN UPLOADED VIDEOS

Welcome to Arrest Stories. A Florida woman is back behind bars facing a new felony charge connected to a string of incidents at Airbnb properties in Pensacola. Heres what may have happened.

Nicolette Keough, of Pensacola, Florida, was arrested on a felony charge of property damage worth over one thousand dollars. Keough had previously made headlines in mid-March when she was arrested on two counts of felony criminal mischief. Those charges stemmed from incidents at two Downtown Pensacola Airbnb homes, both located on North Guillemard Street, where Keough allegedly urinated on furniture and uploaded videos of the incidents to an adult content website.

The new charge traces back to a stay at a separate Airbnb on Riddick Drive. According to arrest reports, Keough stayed at that residence from August thirty-first through September eleventh of the prior year. On April twenty-fourth, the owner of that Riddick Drive property contacted Pensacola Police after discovering videos online. Police were provided the videos, which reportedly confirmed the allegations.

The total estimated property damage at the Riddick Drive location came to seventeen thousand three hundred ninety-five dollars. That figure includes a blue coral chair valued at five hundred dollars, a king size mattress at four thousand dollars, a twin mattress at two thousand nine hundred dollars, a leather sofa at five thousand one hundred ninety-five dollars, and a sleeper sofa at four thousand eight hundred dollars.

Keough appeared in court and was issued a ten thousand dollar bond for the new charge. However, she remains in Escambia County Jail because her bond was revoked for violating bail conditions related to a battery arrest in mid-March. She is scheduled for a bond revocation hearing on June ninth and will appear again on June twelfth for the property damage charge. The judge also ordered that should Keough be released, she must stay off social media.

Officer Mike Wood of the Pensacola Police Department addressed the broader pattern, stating, quote, these are incidents that happened around the same time frame. Its just that the owners are just now finding out about it and reporting it to us. He added that Keough is being very cooperative with us when shes confronted, and that thats how we know theres probably going to be some more properties involved. On the matter of motivation, Officer Wood said, it goes to show that people will stoop to new lows these days to make money. And thats a problem.

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
