FORMER FLORIDA TEACHER FACES MISCONDUCT CHARGES; REQUESTED A KISS FROM A STUDENT

Welcome to Arrest Stories. A twenty-seven-year-old former San Antonio teacher assistant faces serious charges after allegedly engaging in inappropriate conduct with a fifteen-year-old student on the last day of school, followed by persistent contact attempts that continued even during the police investigation.

Here's what may have happened according to official reports.

The incident unfolded on May twenty-third at KIPP University Prep High School when student victim entered what they believed was their assigned classroom. Priscilla Castro was alone in the room and had told the student she had "something to give her" - a book intended as an end-of-year gift.

After presenting the book, Castro allegedly asked "Could I give you a kiss?" When the student attempted only a side hug, Castro reportedly forcibly pulled the victim into a full embrace. During this encounter, Castro allegedly fondled the student's breast over clothing for several seconds and pulled the victim's face by the chin. The behavior "made her feel uncomfortable" according to the student's account.

The troubling pattern didn't end there. Castro allegedly began contacting the student through blocked phone numbers and directly asked whether the victim would report her to police. In a particularly brazen move, Castro contacted the student again on August twenty-ninth while the victim was actually giving their statement to investigators, asking about their location.

The student finally reported the incident to police on August twenty-ninth, months after the alleged classroom encounter. Castro was arrested Saturday in San Antonio.

KIPP Texas Public Schools responded swiftly to the allegations. School officials stated: "As soon as we were notified of alleged sexual misconduct between a teacher and a student at KIPP Aspire, we immediately conducted an internal investigation and alerted the student's family and the San Antonio Police Department as well as other appropriate state agencies. After conducting our internal investigation, we terminated the teacher's employment at KIPP Aspire."

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
