FORMER HOME IMPROVEMENT STARS SIXTH ARREST IN FIVE YEARS

Welcome to Arrest Stories. Former Home Improvement actor Zachery Ty Bryan was taken into custody in Eugene, Oregon on November twenty-ninth, twenty twenty-five for violating probation related to his twenty twenty-three domestic violence conviction. Heres what may have happened.

The forty-four-year-old actor was arrested and denied bail, marking his sixth arrest in five years. Bryan will remain in Lane County Jail until Wednesday, December third. He is currently serving a three-year probation period from his twenty twenty-three domestic violence conviction that doesn't expire until October twenty twenty-six.

Bryan's girlfriend, Johnnie Faye Cartwright, was also arrested and booked into the same jail facility. Cartwright faces five charges including driving under the influence, three counts of reckless endangerment, and attempted assault in the first degree. She remained in custody as of Sunday, November thirtieth.

The actor's legal troubles began in twenty twenty with what he described as a drunken dispute. Court documents reveal disturbing allegations from July twenty twenty-five, where Bryan allegedly punched his partner after she reportedly bit his nipple while they were lying down together. During a verbal altercation, Bryan allegedly snatched their dog and locked himself in a separate room, then punched the door so hard it split from its frame.

Additional allegations from June twenty twenty-five claim Bryan sprayed their dog in the face with bleach during an incident. The couple had been dating for three months at the time of these alleged incidents.

Bryan's probation terms specifically forbade him from having contact with the victim without prior approval. In previous statements, Bryan claimed the situation was blown out of proportion, stating they didn't even really get that physical and that they got really loud, describing screaming that could be heard through thin townhome walls.

The actor previously faced charges in South Carolina in January twenty twenty-five for second-degree domestic violence and was arrested for suspected DUI in Riverside, California in February twenty twenty-four.

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
