MAN CAUGHT DUMPING DUCT-TAPED PITBULL AT LOCAL PARK - SHOCKING!

Welcome to Arrest Stories. A thirty-eight-year-old man was arrested in Queens after witnesses caught him on camera duct-taping a defenseless pit bull's mouth, eyes, and legs before threatening bystanders with a knife when confronted about his shocking cruelty.

Here's what may have happened.

On August twenty-third around six in the evening, Kristopher Fyffe was spotted near Gwen Ifill Park on One Hundred Thirty-Third Avenue engaged in a disturbing act of animal cruelty. According to police reports, Fyffe systematically wrapped duct tape around a pit bull's snout, eyes, front legs, and back legs while a female companion handed him the tape. Witnesses described how he pushed the helpless animal onto its side to finish binding its legs.

One witness who recorded the incident said, "The dog stayed still, didn't put up a fight, didn't do anything." When confronted, the witness recalled telling Fyffe, "You can't do that and what are you doing?" The situation escalated quickly when Fyffe allegedly pulled out a knife and threatened the witness, who responded by mentioning police were nearby.

Fyffe reportedly began cutting the tape off the dog before fleeing in a grey Honda Odyssey minivan. However, his escape was short-lived when the unregistered vehicle broke down. Police arrested him the following day, August twenty-fourth, at five forty-five in the evening near Bedell Street and One Hundred Thirty-Fourth Road.

The arrest revealed an even more disturbing situation. Officers discovered five additional dogs caged in horrific conditions inside the van, with kennels covered in feces and urine. The animals had no clean water or food, with urine contaminating their water bowls.

District Attorney officials stated, "This defendant gratuitously inflicted harm on a defenseless dog by wrapping the animal's nose, eyes and legs in duct tape. No animal should ever be treated this way."

Fyffe faces charges of menacing in the second degree and is not eligible for bail under New York state law.

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
