MANS WHITE LAMBORGHINI SUV LED TO HIS ARREST

Welcome to Arrest Stories. A twenty-two-year-old man was arrested near Miami, Florida on February seventh, twenty twenty-six following allegations of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and aggravated stalking involving a WNBA player. Here's what may have happened.

James Pearce Jr. was taken into custody by Doral police after what authorities described as a domestic dispute with WNBA player Rickea Jackson. According to police reports, the incident began when Pearce allegedly followed Jackson in a white Lamborghini SUV for an extended period.

During the pursuit, Pearce reportedly got out of his vehicle at a red light and attempted to open Jackson's car door on the driver's side. Jackson then drove toward the Doral Police Department while continuing to be followed by Pearce. Police reports indicate that Pearce intentionally collided into the rear of Jackson's vehicle with his SUV and later cut Jackson off with his car at an intersection near the police station.

The reports further detail that Pearce intentionally collided with both Jackson's front and rear bumpers and attempted to block Jackson's access to the Doral police department. Jackson had previously told Pearce to leave her alone on Friday, according to the reports.

When Doral police were summoned to investigate the reported domestic dispute at police headquarters, Pearce fled from officers. He subsequently crashed his vehicle during the police pursuit before being arrested.

Pearce was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center and given a pre-trial stay-away order from Jackson. His bond was set at twenty thousand five hundred dollars.

Pearce's legal representative stated, "Mr. Pearce maintains his innocence and urges the public to understand that while allegations have the power to shape a narrative, that it is hardly the full, complete story. We look forward to vigorously defending our Client and remain confident that he will continue contributing positively to both his team and the community he serves so well."

The Atlanta Falcons organization acknowledged awareness of the incident, stating they are gathering more information and will not comment further on the open legal matter.

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
