NEW HAMPSHIRE STATE REP ARRESTED AFTER ONE FACEBOOK POST

Welcome to Arrest Stories. A thirty-one-year-old New Hampshire state representative was arrested on charges of posting explicit images without consent after turning himself in on an outstanding warrant. Here's what may have happened.

Bryan Morse, a Republican state representative from Franklin representing New Hampshire's Merrimack District Three, was arrested in Nashua following allegations that he shared explicit photographs of a woman on social media without her permission. The investigation began on May sixteenth, twenty twenty-five, when a female victim reported to the Nashua Police Department that Morse had posted explicit photographs of her on a social media application.

According to police reports, the arrest came approximately six months after the incident was originally reported to authorities. Morse turned himself in after being informed that a warrant had been issued for his arrest.

Following his arrest, Morse was released on two hundred dollars cash bail. The charges resulted in immediate political consequences, as Morse was removed from the House Education Policy Committee.

Morse has denied the allegations and released a statement on his Facebook page maintaining his innocence. In his statement, Morse said, "Recently, an individual has made accusations against me that are false and intended to undermine my character and my work in public service. I am pleading not guilty and will be fighting vigorously to clear my name."

The state representative also described facing various threats, stating, "Over the past year, as many of you know, my advocacy in education, my political positions, and my efforts to present evidence and speak out have led to significant personal challenges. I have received death threats, personal attacks, harassing phone calls and messages, and even threats toward my home and family."

In response to the legal proceedings, Morse launched an online fundraising campaign seeking ten thousand dollars to help cover attorney fees, citing that "the financial burden of legal representation is significant."

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
