Another witness provided additional details, stating they saw Crow slap and grapple with the victim before noticing bystanders and stepping away from the situation. Despite these allegations, the victim reportedly sustained no serious injuries, refused medical attention, and declined to provide a statement to responding officers.
Following the on-scene investigation, Crow was taken into custody Friday morning and is currently being held without bond while awaiting trial.
