The timeline shows these alleged activities came to light back in June, around the same time a domestic violence battery incident occurred in Caddo Parish. When the Sheriff's Office discovered the unauthorized database activities, they terminated White's employment immediately.
White now faces multiple felony counts under Louisiana law, including violations of Louisiana Revised Statute fourteen colon one hundred thirty-four for Malfeasance in Office, and Louisiana Revised Statute fourteen colon seventy-three point twelve for Trespass Against State Computers. These charges carry significant penalties and represent a serious breach of public trust.
