Welcome to Arrest Stories. Twenty-year-old streamer Braden Peters, known online as Clavicular, was arrested at a Scottsdale nightclub on February seventh, twenty twenty-six, facing felony charges for possession of dangerous drugs and a forged instrument. Here's what may have happened.
Police were called to Casa Amigos bar at seven three two zero East Indian Plaza in Scottsdale around eleven p.m. on February seventh. Peters had entered the establishment using what officers later described as some type of forged identification document. The controversial Gen-Z streamer, known for provocative stunts and frequently criticized for using slurs and making racist comments, was spotted entering Casa Amigos just before eleven twenty p.m. accompanied by a camera person and bodyguard.
Officers coordinated with nightclub security to remove Peters from the establishment after discovering he was only twenty years old and not legally permitted inside the venue. During the arrest, police found Peters in possession of two prescription-only pills.
The detention occurred during a live Kick livestream near Arizona State University. Peters appeared calm during the arrest and told viewers to smile before the stream went offline.
This arrest follows a series of controversial incidents involving the streamer. On December twenty-fourth, twenty twenty-five, Peters was live streaming on Kick while driving his Tesla Cybertruck in Miami when a person climbed onto the hood of his vehicle. Peters later hit a man with the Cybertruck at Amelia Earhart Park in Miami-Dade County, claiming self-defense and alleging multiple people surrounded his car, with one appearing to have a pistol underneath their clothing.
Peters received a twenty-five thousand dollar bond and later commented on the charges, stating: Getting a twenty-five thousand dollar bond and two felony charges for being inside of a bar is insane. Straight up political persecution.
Peters had his initial court appearance on February eighth, twenty twenty-six.
