Welcome to Arrest Stories.

Police say an 18-year-old suspect pulled a mini-AK-47 style rifle from a backpack to intimidate a victim, but the confrontation ended with the victim shooting the suspect in the hand.

Here's what may have happened.

The incident occurred outside First Citizens Bank on North Pennsylvania Avenue near 122nd Street. Police identified the suspect as 18-year-old Keyalynn Gray, who is from southeast Oklahoma City. Authorities allege Gray entered the bank to make the victim think he had money, then pulled a mini-AK from his backpack to intimidate and rob the victim of his gold chain. Gray stated he fired at the victim when he saw the victim was also armed, resulting in the victim shooting Gray in the hand. The victim, 25-year-old Andres Guerrero, stumbled into the bank with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. Gray fled the scene, dropping his phone and leaving his clothes in a creek, while a camera captured him driving away in a red car. Detectives used the video evidence to track Gray to a residence near Southeast 44th Street and Sooner Road in southeast Oklahoma City. Police found Gray with a gunshot wound to his hand, transported him for medical treatment, and then booked him into the Oklahoma County Detention Center. Gray is formally charged with first-degree murder and first-degree robbery. Police have not released a motive for the shooting. The Oklahoma City Police Department handled the investigation. All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts.
