Welcome to Arrest Stories. Actor Shia LaBeouf was arrested in New Orleans during Mardi Gras festivities after allegedly punching multiple victims outside a French Quarter establishment. Here's what may have happened.

Just after midnight on Tuesday, February seventeenth, New Orleans police responded to a call on the fourteen hundred block of Royal Street regarding a simple battery incident. Two adult male victims reported being assaulted by thirty-nine-year-old actor Shia LaBeouf.

According to police reports, LaBeouf was reportedly causing a disturbance and becoming increasingly aggressive at a Royal Street business. A staff member attempted to remove LaBeouf from the establishment. Police stated, "Once removed from the building, the victim reported being struck by LaBeouf who used his closed fists on the victim several times."

The incident escalated when LaBeouf allegedly assaulted a second person. Officers reported that LaBeouf then reportedly assaulted another person, punching him in the nose. Multiple people at the scene attempted to restrain LaBeouf and eventually released him in hopes that he would leave the area.

However, the situation worsened when LaBeouf returned to the scene. Police noted, "The victims reported that LaBeouf left, but then came back, acting even more aggressive." Upon his return, LaBeouf allegedly struck one of the same victims with a closed fist to the upper body.

Witnesses described seeing LaBeouf shirtless with his back tattoo on full display during the altercation. Video footage from the scene shows LaBeouf being escorted out of the bar by staff before the brawl occurred. After the initial confrontation, LaBeouf walked down the block but then looped back around to the front of the establishment.

Multiple people attempted to hold LaBeouf down until police arrived at approximately twelve forty-five in the morning. Paramedics treated LaBeouf at the scene before his arrest.

LaBeouf was taken into custody and charged with simple battery in connection with the French Quarter incident.

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
