The same quote was repeated multiple times, leaving authorities with no doubt about Schneider's intentions.

On Monday, authorities conducted a SWAT raid on Schneider's residence in Winthrop Harbor, Illinois, and apprehended the 57-year-old man. Schneider appeared in federal court on Monday afternoon and was scheduled for a detention hearing on Thursday.
