Welcome to Arrest Stories.

Police say Lori Bostic, a 39-year-old woman from Hatboro, walked to a victim’s driver-side window at a Wawa armed with a knife.

Here's what may have happened.

The confrontation began at the Wawa located at 550 Easton Road. Police responded to a report of a female armed with a knife just after midnight. The victim reported that she had been arguing with Bostic while pulling into the parking lot. Authorities allege Bostic became combative and walked around to the driver’s side of the vehicle to attack. The victim pushed Bostic away, which caused Bostic to sustain a laceration to her arm from the knife. Officers located a small bag containing suspected marijuana on Bostic during a search. Bostic told police she did not know the knife was open during the assault. She was transported to Abington Hospital for treatment before being taken to the police station. She faces a felony charge of aggravated assault along with misdemeanor charges for terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment, and prohibited acts. Judge Wertman set bail at $10,000 or 10 percent cash. Unable to post bail, Bostic is being held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility. The Warrington Township Police Department handled the investigation. All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts.
