He Stopped The Vehicle At Central And Greenwood Avenues And Made Contact With The Driver, Identified As Hayes, And Explained Why He Stopped Her. A Computer Check Showed She Was A Parolee With A Search Waiver On File So He Had Her Get Out So He Could Search The Vehicle....
