Welcome to Arrest Stories. Reality television personality Kristianna Miller was arrested in Iowa on multiple charges, including burglary and drug possession, marking her second arrest in just three weeks. Heres what may have happened.

On July first, just after eleven in the morning, forty-one-year-old Kristianna Miller was taken into custody in Dubuque, Iowa. The arrest location is listed as an intersection near a Wendy's and Dairy Queen. At the time of this report, Miller remained in custody with a total bond set at eight thousand three hundred dollars.

Miller faces four charges stemming from the July first arrest, all of which are classified as misdemeanors. Those charges include third degree burglary for theft from a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a credit card under fifteen hundred dollars, possession of a controlled substance, specifically methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

This arrest marks the second time Miller has been taken into custody in less than three weeks. On June fourteenth, she was arrested on similar charges, including third degree burglary for theft from a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. Those charges from the June fourteenth arrest remain pending.

Prior to that, in early June, Miller was cited for driving on a suspended license. That case was adjudicated on June tenth after Miller pleaded guilty. The citation does not appear to have resulted in an arrest.

The recent arrests represent a significant setback for Miller. Her last arrest for a major offense prior to this stretch occurred in February of two thousand twenty-four, when she was booked for felony theft and misdemeanor possession of both methamphetamine and marijuana. Between that arrest and the events of this summer, Miller had reportedly completed her parole obligations for the first time in years.

Miller is known to television audiences as a cast member on Love After Lockup and Life After Lockup. She and John Miller were married following her release from incarceration, with their divorce being finalized in May of two thousand twenty-two.

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
